Questions owners ask.
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and order in their phone's browser, with no app and no login.
Which phones does the staff app run on?
Android and iOS. It is one app for every role, and each person lands on the screen built for their job.
How do online payments work?
Guests pay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay. Online payments switch on after a one-time KYC check for your restaurant. Until then, and any time after, guests can ask for the bill and pay at the table.
Can I make the menu look like my restaurant?
Yes. Add your logo and cover photo and choose your menu colours. Guests see your brand, not ours.
Can I run more than one restaurant?
Yes. One login can belong to several restaurants, and you switch between them in the app.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can delete your account from the app under More, then Delete account. Read exactly what is erased and what is kept on our account deletion page.
